This project involved the renovation of a single family house into a duplex, with a rental apartment at the basement and ground floor, and the main unit at the second and third floor.

The project involved a Rezoning application, Committee of Adjustment hearing, along with all relevant building permits. The house received a full interior renovation, including structural reinforcement, new framing, stairs, layout, exterior decks, and landscaping.
